Born in Leicester in 1992, James Cull is a performing artist, sound designer, and mixed reality practitioner.
James’ current work is exploring the application of notions of discomfort from horror video gaming into technology driven performance. This study draws from the areas of intermediality, mixed reality and video game design to explore new possibilities in performance.
For the latest reflections from his reading, please see the blog on this site.
James welcomes comments and discussion from other artists throughout this study, and hopes some of the perspectives he can offer will be of benefit to others.
